Sally Turner runs Health and Mindfulness classes on Wednesday evenings in the hall. From 6:45pm she leads an introduction to traditional yoga.
The yoga class caters for beginners and intermediate yoga students. The class will begin with gentle stretching and conditioning exercises and some basic, simple yoga postures - all accompanied by mindful breathing. There will be a section which teaches how to use breathing to calm the mind and reduce stress. The class will finish with relaxation and meditation.
