York Mind Cookery Group

York Mind run "Eating Well for Good Health" 12 week programmes from 12.30pm-3pm.

Working in small groups this 12 week course is designed to support the health and well-being of people who want to improve their diet and understanding of how to eat healthily whilst recovering from mental ill-health.

The course will include practical cooking sessions, nutritional information, planning and preparing shopping lists and the relationship between food and mood.
